HOW IT WORKS

You’ll receive a personalized online gallery within 1–3 days of your session.
Select your favorite images and purchase digital edits within 30 days.
Session fees do not include edited images or products.
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR SESSION
All session fees include:
• Photographer’s time & creative expertise
• Access to a unique, ever-growing prop collection
Destination Session Add-On:
Includes travel, mileage, and access fees.
• Lewis & Clark — $35
• National Park (North Unit) — $80
• Painted Canyons, Medora & National Park (South Unit) Loop, — $200
MINI SESSION — 15 MINUTES
Designed for up to 4 individuals, mini sessions include:
• One location and outfit
• Scheduling available outside sunset hours
FULL SESSION — 45 MINUTES
Full sessions accommodate up to 7 individuals and include:
• 1–2 locations
• Up to 2 outfit changes
• Scheduling recommended during golden hour or sunset for optimal lighting ✨
EXTENDED SESSIONS
Extended sessions include up to 10 participants; additional participants are $10 each (up to 20 total).
Your session includes:
• Multiple locations (based on session length)
• Flexible outfit changes
• Ideal for seniors, large families, branding, themed or creative sessions, small events, and destination shoots such as Lewis & Clark or the National Park
A $20 travel credit is included toward any applicable travel fee.✨
FAMILY/NEWBORN SESSION 🧸
Newborn sessions include:
• 2 hours of guided session time at your location of choice
• Variety of unique clothing, wraps and props provided (size:NB)
Includes photos of:
• Baby
• Parent(s) + baby
• Sibling(s) + baby
• Family photos
✨ Bundle with maternity for a discount
STEP 2: BOOKING & PAYMENT
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $65 secures your session date and time.
This deposit is applied toward your session fee.
Destination sessions or locations with additional travel fees require the travel fee to be paid at booking.
Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
REMAINING BALANCE
• Session fee balance is due by the day of your session
• Editing & product balances must be paid before delivery

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Due to limited availability:
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional fees
• Canceled sessions forfeit all payments

Where are you based and do you travel?
I am Based in Williston, North Dakota

A travel fee for locations that are 20+ minutes from Williston (North Dakota) typically requires a travel fee.
What is your editing style?
Soft, Warm & Milky Skin tones with Colorful & Moody Details (nature, background, etc.) is my day-to-day editing style!
Color hues may vary, pending many factors. Including lighting, clothing, skin tones, background/scenery, etc.
What is your typical style of shooting?
I strive for my sessions to be filled with laughter & lots of fun while capturing a mixture of candid and posed shots.
- Don't worry, I will instruct & guide you through everything!
How many pictures will we receive?
Clients typically have a minimum of 50 original photos (photos with zero editing) to choose from per half-hour of shooting, but often there are more.
You will receive any photos you have purchased for editing mainly in color often with additional edits in black and white. Original photos are not available for purchase.
When will we get our edited photos?
Your edited photos will be ready for download approximately 2 weeks from the completion of your favorites list & date of your final payment. Larger galleries can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks during my busy season. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before any editing.
What are "Original Photos"?
"Original photos" are the best photos from your session with zero editing or adjustments. Original images are NOT available for purchase. Clients are prohibited from saving or sharing original photos (this includes all photos marked "do not copy") on any social media platform.
